Reliance Communications signs definitive final agreements with Industrial and Commercial Bank of China

Reliance Communications has signed final definitive agreements with ICBC, CDB and EXIM towards the refinancing of its outstanding FCCBs (Foreign Currency Convertible Bonds). The FCCBs of US$ 1182 million will be redeemed on 01 March 2012.
